You will learn the most structured, proven, and replicable process to develop organizational coaches. N.E.W.S organizational coaching process is developed specifically for the organizational arena. Its purpose is to develop and empower both employees and managers, and to develop their capabilities and contribution to the organization. Through the Becoming a Coach training, you will acquire a large portfolio of coaching mindsets, skills and tools. The program is intense, challenging and very interactive. You will learn to master the N.E.W.S personal coaching process and practice various organizational coaching situations and characters. The training is done with live examples, case studies, role-plays and best practice sharing.

How does it work?

Preparation: Pre-assessment process for potential participants

Face to face intervention: 18 virtually led-sessions of 3 hours each 5 days coaching development training based on the N.E.W.S Compass.

Implementation: 2 supervised coaching processes

About the experts

Aviad Goz

Globally recognized thought leader in personal and organizational development, Mr. Aviad Goz is the founder and Chairman of N.E.W.S.® Coaching and Training, and the founder of Momentum Group. Aviad started his career as a facilitator and coach in 1986 and has worked successfully since then with key-talents, managers and executives in more than 2,000 organizations around the world, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Over the span of his career, Aviad has trained generations of trainers and coaches all over the world and helped millions to lead more productive and fulfilling lives. Following an extensive research, Aviad created the N.E.W.S.® Compass™ in 2003. Following this breakthrough, Aviad has created 8 programs and solutions for different applications, all relating to various aspects of development for greatness. These programs are now being used around the world in over 30 countries.

Aviad has so far authored and published 12 books and numerous articles on development in Human Resources and Organizational Development magazines. His most recent book – “The Compass: How to Navigate Your Life and Career in Times of Change” was published in 2019

Roni Ratner

Roni is a global thought leader in the field of coaching and HR development. Her passion has always been to create environments for people to grow and develop. Over the last 20 years Roni has coached thousands of executives, HR leaders and CEOs around the world. Her client list includes Fortune 100 companies as well as start-ups and innovative companies.

Over the course of her career Roni acted as the CEO of Momentum Group, the largest training organization in Israel for over 10 years. In the last few years Roni is the CEO of N.E.W.S.™ Navigation, a global training & coaching company based in Lausanne Switzerland.

Roni leads the company in 30 countries and develops globally coaches and trainers. Roni co-created many of the N.E.W.S.™ global programs and co-authored books such as “Life of Joy”. Roni’s unique expertise is training HR leaders as internal coaches for their organizations. She trained generations of HR people and managers as N.E.W.S.™ coaches around the world. Her style of coaching and training is unique and is acclaimed around the world.
