THINKAGILITY (AGILITY SIMULATION)

Is Agility a fad or is it here to stay? In THINKAGILITY, participants will test how agile they are with teams having to achieve as many company objectives as possible within a multi-tiered organizational structure. Teams not only compete with other teams externally but compete internally for resources. Using Agility Theories, participants will apply the following:

• Delivering multiple objectives at different levels
• Planning as a team but executing as an individual
• Managing resources with internal competing demand
• Being agile to adapt accordingly as competitor landscape changes
