Face to Face intervention:

  • Process of road mapping involving the coachee and their sponsor, thus integrating the coaching process with the organization’s needs.
  • Customized coaching process of 8-12 sessions, focusing on the coachee’s gaps as discovered in the 12 Box Matrix™.

Implementation:

Post-coaching online assessments to gauge progress and ROI.
