THINKBUILD (TEAM BUILDING)

Has the rapid move towards virtual and segregated teams cause a big gap in collaboration in teams? THINKBUILD brings participants to connect together and discover what teams are all about. Teams will work together in a series of states to build sustainable cities by planning, building and reviewing their progress. While this is not as intense as our simulation, it is real fun and brings team together. Using High Performance Team Theories, participants will apply the following:

• Understanding different stages of a team.
• Building & sustaining a culture & identify of a team.
• Working together to ideate, solve problems and grow.
