THINKCRITICAL (CRITICAL THINKING)

Has critical thinking taken a back seat as people push for faster decisions? THINKCRITICAL seeks to bring participants on a journey of thinking both fast & slow as they are faced with different situations while managing a technology-driven organization. There are many goals & tasks required to be carefully thought out to ensure the best ideas are executed and monitored. Using Critical Thinking Theories, participants will apply the following:

• Achieve company goals though multiple possible strategies.
• Find bottlenecks/issues and resolve them.
• Manage resources, top-line and bottom-line.
